HJ will be joining Maytree and the Actors Benevelent Fund as I run around Ealing at an uncomfortable pace trying to beat a personal best that I got when I was 4 years younger and 80x fitter.

uncertainty, worry and restlessness.

Then you talk to someone who gets it, and just like that you find yourself no longer alone.

but with company

energised

stronger

braver

This is how I feel when I’m talking to you.

When we’re chatting irl, your ideas – your replies to these emails, your friendship zaps me out of my head, and into a place of hope, possibility and drive.

So, I want to help you do this more often.
