No matter what your thoughts tell you, you have done some incredible things in your life.
You have achieved things many other people could not.
You have taken risks, backed yourself, and pursued something bigger than yourself in the face of staggering odds.
And you have achieved great things doing this.
Your mind discredits these achievements and tells you they are not all that. This resistance is hard to live with.
But think back to when you were 17.
Think of all the things you have done since then, that that 17 yr old hadn’t yet?
In 17 years time will you look back on yourself now and see a similar thing, or will you whisper to yourself that your life stopped, everything was downhill, and you couldn’t have prevented it?
Keep taking risks.
Keep fucking it up.
Keep being courageous.
You have achieved great things
and there are lots, lots more to come.
