You are not broken
You are just doing something that is very, very hard.
but it will not be forever
You are doing something incredibly hard. You are climbing the job equivalent of Everest.
The sheer fact you have decided to do it in the first place is something most people can’t claim.
But it is that you keep persisting, in spite of all the hard moments you’ve sat through, all the shit
And that is something remarkable.
So go easy on yourself.
It will get easier.

Reader Kaffe has written the most incredible new play. I have been reading it over the last few weeks and it is blowing my shit. Rock on dude.
Last time I spoke to Reader Kat, I learnt that from sheer force of will she had set herself the goal of taking a show to Edinburgh. And I’ve now just seen that it has become official. Huge congrats Kat.
It’s badass what you’re doing. We don’t see it a most of the time, or we just forget. But it’s badass.
